This role supervises team members, coordinates operational logistics, manages vendor relationships, and ensures that all spaces, vehicles, and guest accommodations are maintained to exceptional standards. The Supervisor is responsible for building a positive team culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and service excellence not only to our guests but to our internal customers. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to respond quickly to operational needs in a dynamic hospitality environment. This position requires schedule flexibility and availability to support operations seven days a week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership & Culture • Recruit, onboard, train, and directly supervise facilities and transportation team members., • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in maintaining a welcoming and well-kept environment., • Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities for team members., • Lead by example through strong work ethic, collaboration, and a solutions-oriented mindset., • Assist with scheduling team shifts and assignments to ensure adequate coverage for daily operations, arrival days, and departure days., • Assist with managing time sheets, schedule changes, and requests for time off while ensuring payroll deadlines are met., • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of guest cabins, public spaces, meeting spaces, and heart-of-house areas., • Supervise transportation operations including guest shuttles, parking logistics, luggage assistance, and vehicle readiness., • Manage arrival and departure day operations including room inspections, luggage deliveries, linen preparation, and parking coordination., • Ensure all areas are routinely inspected and maintained to Lone Rock’s cleanliness and appearance standards., • Ensure cabins and facilities are regularly checked and treated to minimize bug infiltration., • Coordinate off-site laundry drop-off and pick-up operations., • Oversee and coordinate third-party cleaning teams during high-volume departure days., • Maintain strong working relationships with third-party vendors and ensure they meet performance and safety standards., • Assist with managing and maintaining inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, guest amenities, and operational equipment., • Ensure the Pahara sundry cabinet in Seminar is properly stocked prior to group arrivals and items are returned to storage after departures., • Submit supply orders and maintain cost-effective purchasing practices., • Monitor equipment usage and coordinate repair or replacement when necessary., • Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, stored, and maintained., • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and presentation across the entire property., • Establish and manage quarterly deep-cleaning projects including bed rotation, high and low detailing, wood conditioning, stain removal, and wall maintenance., • Ensure proper chemical handling and compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines., • Conduct regular inspections of facilities, guest rooms, public areas, and transportation vehicles., • Provide input on department budgeting and help manage expenses within approved budget guidelines., • Maintain accurate documentation for schedules, inventories, incident reports, and inspections., • Provide regular updates to the Facilities Manager on departmental performance, needs, and opportunities for improvement. Position requires frequent standing or walking during shifts of up to 10 hours. • Must be able to stand and move for extended periods of time., • Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and repetitive movements., • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 70 pounds., • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments and varying weather conditions. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors at a high-elevation mountain property. Team members may work in shared spaces during busy operational periods. The position requires flexibility and reliability to support hospitality operations and includes: • Availability to work seven days a week as needed, • Early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events, • Ability to adjust schedule based on group arrivals, departures, and operational needs.
