POSITION SUMMARY Loud And Live is seeking a Senior Vice President, Operations to serve as a core member of the executive leadership team and a strategic partner to the CEO. This role is central to the company’s ability to scale profitably, operate with discipline, and consistently deliver high-impact, owned music and cultural events as well as integrated marketing programs across its portfolio of premium brands. The SVP Operations will function as the architect and steward of operational excellence, translating strategic ambition into repeatable systems, disciplined execution, and measurable financial outcomes. While this role does not directly manage support functions such as HR, Finance & Accounting, or Legal, it is accountable for orchestrating alignment, rigor, and accountability across all divisions and back-office support services to drive margin expansion, forecasting accuracy, and scalable growth. This leader will bring structure without rigidity, governance without bureaucracy, and financial clarity without stifling creativity—enabling Loud And Live to continue to innovate while operating with increasing precision as the business grows. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SVP Operations is responsible for building and sustaining the operational foundation that enables Loud And Live’s long-term growth strategy. Key areas of accountability include: Operational Excellence & Margin Expansion • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to improve gross margin and EBITDA performance across all business units., • Identify operational inefficiencies, cost leakages, and execution gaps; design and implement corrective actions that yield durable financial improvement., • Unlock synergies across divisions and identify opportunities for ancillary and incremental revenue generation., • Identify, track and remove blockers to strategic initiatives; synthesize insights and present recommendations to the CEO and Board for decision-making. Systems, Processes & Scalability • Implement and refine tools, workflows, and operating systems that ensure repeatability, control, and scalability across a multi-division organization., • Establish companywide KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards that provide real-time visibility into performance, risk, and opportunity., • Ensure operational infrastructure can scale alongside growth in revenue, headcount, and event complexity without erosion of margin or quality. Back-Office Leadership & Partnership (Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR) • Oversee service levels, operating models, and continuous improvement efforts across all back-office functions in close partnership with functional leaders., • Drive the creation, tracking, and performance management of functional budgets, ensuring alignment to business priorities and financial targets., • Lead financial clean-up and operational readiness in support of potential equity, debt, or strategic transaction processes. Division Governance, Budgeting & Forecasting • Own the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for all divisions and events; manage performance versus plan with discipline and transparency., • Ensure each division has clear KPIs, accurate forecasting, and the appropriate talent and cost structure to operate efficiently., • Partner closely with the CEO on organizational design, headcount planning and resource prioritization., • Elevate financial literacy and accountability among Division Leaders, driving deeper understanding of business drivers, margins, and trade-offs. CapEx & Resource Allocation • Lead buy-versus-rent analyses and oversee capital expenditure planning and governance aligned with strategic and financial objectives., • Ensure capital is deployed thoughtfully, with clear ROI expectations and post-investment performance tracking. Revenue Operations Support • Partner with go-to-market, sales, and client leadership to ensure operational infrastructure, staffing models, and cross-functional processes support pipeline conversion, client delivery excellence, and revenue growth., • Align operational capacity planning with revenue projections and event calendars to avoid bottlenecks and margin erosion. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Serve as the CEO’s operational thought partner, translating strategy into executional plans with clear ownership and milestones., • Establish enterprise-wide operating rhythms, including planning cadences, performance reviews, and executive-level reporting., • Design and enforce governance models that balance creative autonomy with financial and operational discipline., • Build coalition and influence across business unit leaders to ensure adoption of standardized processes and tools., • Lead change management efforts associated with new systems, structures, and ways of working., • Act as a unifying force across business units to drive efficient delivery and consistent performance., • Prepare materials and insights for Board-level discussions related to operations, financial performance, and strategic initiatives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred., • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, finance, or general management within marketing agencies, experiential agencies, media companies, or adjacent professional services organizations., • Proven experience driving margin improvement, cost optimization, and operational scalability in complex, multi-division environments., • Demonstrated ability to implement structured, repeatable processes in organizations that have scaled and sustained growth., • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and performance management., • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority., • Background in integrated or multi-service agencies, with comfort coordinating delivery across creative, media, experiential, strategy, and production disciplines., • Experience supporting businesses with large-scale events, sponsorship-driven revenue models or experiential activations., • Exposure to transaction readiness, capital raises, or private equity-backed environments., • Familiarity with enterprise systems (project management, CRM, BI tools) commonly used in agency and media environments., • Relevant certifications in operations, finance, or project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, CPA) are a plus.
