Arrange schedules for management staff. * Maintain supervisor's calendar, schedule meetings and conference rooms for Department. * Compose and/or edit/distribute letters, memos, reports, and other departmental correspondence on time. * Provide support by photocopying, filing, and sending faxes as needed. * Pulls and put files to dead storage as required. * The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. WHAT YOU BRING TO US: * Associate degree in Business Administration or related discipline * Minimum 2 years' experience in office administrative work * Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: * Computer, filing, and 10-key skills required attention to detail is necessary; strong analytical skills favored * Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred * Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary * Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude * Oral and written communication skills as required for the position * Self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player * Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others TRAVEL: * 0 % WORKING CONDITIONS: * General work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
