Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year A bit about us: We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager to oversee our Mechanical/HVAC projects in the construction industry. This role is crucial to the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from the initial planning stages through to the final handover, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard. Why join us? Strong Compensation Package Excellent Benefits Career Growth Job Details Responsibilities: • Lead the planning and implementation of project from inception to completion. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders., • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion., • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths, and develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations., • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans., • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, and determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle., • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel., • Manage and coordinate the installation of HVAC and plumbing systems according to specifications and building codes, and review engineering drawings for any potential issues., • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically with Mechanical/HVAC projects., • Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management., • Proficient in project management software., • Demonstrated experience in the management and coordination of plumbing installations., • Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings and building codes related to HVAC and plumbing systems., • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills., • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
