Required Skills & Qualifications • Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential and active NY State license required., • Minimum 2 years of experience in community nutrition, public health, or clinical counseling (experience with Medicaid populations preferred)., • Strong skills in group facilitation, nutrition education, and culturally responsive content development., • Familiarity with social determinants of health, food insecurity, and chronic disease management., • Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems, nutrition assessment tools, and/or referral platforms., • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
