We are looking for and experienced, motivated, and capable KITCHEN MANAGERS / HEAD CHEFS (Lead Staff). This is a HANDS-ON & demanding position!! All lead staff will live on site at the job location - Room, Board, & Travel Expense Assistance are provided. The position requires the ability to flawlessly execute the Wolfoods Camp Food Service Program. You must possess knowledge of food allergens and the ability to create dishes for people with a multitude of dietary restrictions and combination of restrictions. It will require planning, recipe execution, and strict sanitation practices to avoid cross contamination and cross-contact. You must be able to facilitate the duties and responsibilities of creating, implementing, and maintaining the Service & Culinary needs of the assigned camp. Our hg Engine is comprised of speed, accuracy, cleanliness, superior product, and hospitality., • Actively coach and develop Service Managers., • Train, coach, and develop all employees with patience and diligence.REQUIREMENTS:, • Must be at least 18 years of age., • Must be available to work any shifts and days of the week., • ServSafe Certification., • Two years strong food prep and line experience., • Fast casual or similar restaurant environment experience preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:, • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods., • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds., • Must possess close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision., • Must be able to frequently bend, stoop, and reach., • Must have dexterity to handle kitchen equipment., • Must be comfortable working near open flames., • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with hot and cold areas., • Must be able to work in tight spaces.
