Job Description The IT Support Analyst will provide a wide range of technical support to end-users across the company, which includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to company-supported devices, user accounts, software installations, connectivity, and other infrastructure equipment. This position is full-time and located in our Firestone facility (not remote). Additional travel between our four (4) Syracuse based facilities will also be required. The IT Support Analyst will report to the Director of IT. Key Responsibilities Server Administration • Proven expertise in managing day-to-day maintenance of both physical and virtual servers., • Demonstrated proficiency in installing, configuring, and backing up servers to ensure optimal performance and data integrity., • Demonstrated experience in managing Active Directory in a Hybrid AD environment, • Demonstrated experience in print servers., • Experienced in monitoring server performance and ensuring system reliability., • General knowledge of troubleshooting network issues both wired and wireless networks and access points, • Familiarity with basic networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Desktop Administration • Experienced in configuring and managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings., • Proficient in deploying and updating desktop applications and operating systems., • Adept at providing technical support and training to end-users., • Provide day-to-day technical support for a variety of hardware and software systems, • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with company-supported devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, • Manage Windows updates, assist with Exchange Management console, • Manage file share permissions and network file share servers, • Directly contribute to continual improvement of the company’s security posture, • Work independently on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions, • Provide first level support to users Technical Skills • Familiar with ticketing systems to manage support requests ensuring timely resolution and communication with users., • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and adapting to new problems and challenges., • Create and maintain technical documentation for servers and network systems, including design specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals., • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy., • Knowledge of Exchange (both 365 and On Prem) and Office 365 products, • Proficiency in problem-solving with a keen attention to detail., • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non- technical users., • Detail oriented with a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction., • Team player with an emphasis on both knowledge sharing and learning. Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems or networking engineering, or related field or associate's degree in computer science, systems or networking engineering, or related field with 2 years of similar professional experience. Job Description STATUS: Full-time / Exempt REPORTS TO: Director Regional Branch Services LOCATION: Erie Boulevard Branch COMPENSATION: The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $70,000-$85,000*. The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable law. HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, including Saturdays (as needed) *All Branch Manager levels may be considered. Compensation offers are based on direct experience, relevant skills, training, and education. Position Overview The Branch Manager is primarily responsible for planning, directing and organizing the daily operational activities of the credit union branch, as well as, motivating and coaching staff relative to service, operations, and sales. The Branch Manager is focused on ensuring the branch team is providing exceptional service delivery to members that it is conducted in a manner consistent with The Summit’s Sales Philosophy, the Creating Member Loyalty program, and Our Team Values of the Credit Union. Additionally, the Branch Manager is responsible for reporting and communicating activities and productivity. Essential Responsibilities • Responsible for developing and maintaining a highly motivated, well-trained staff while promoting effective employee relations. Providing leadership to staff, bringing to life The Summit’s Sales Philosophy, The Summit’s mission and Our Team Values., • Responsible for branch performance results relative to established objectives by demonstrating effective sales leadership and execution of Creating Member Loyalty skills., • Monitors key member needs within the branch to ensure sound business practices for the credit union, exceptional service for members and that employees are recognizing opportunities to educate members on what products and services are available that may enhance their financial wellbeing., • Prepares, implements and supervises an annual/monthly budget for the branch that is consistent with the overall strategic plan and budget of the credit union., • Manages the security and safety of the branch, with responsibility to analyze security and safety procedures and to alert staff of any changes., • Ensures the branch is in compliance with internal control procedures and audits as well as federal laws and regulations set forth by the National Credit Union Administration and other regulatory agencies., • Maintains knowledge of the Credit Union’s products and services in order to efficiently train and motivate staff to build loyal member relationships., • Effectively communicates between the branch and management by preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding branch activity and productivity., • Formulates recommendations and efficiencies by providing feedback to management., • Schedules and supervises branch staff to maintain optimal member service satisfaction levels. Monitors inbound phone assistance. Work with staff to ensure that employee performance targets are met., • Responsible for building the credit union’s presence in the community. Represents the branch, as appropriate, in its relationships with members, employer groups, community organizations and vendors., • Provides informed, courteous and professional service to members as well as internal and external customers/contacts., • Troubleshoot and resolve member inquiries/complaints in a timely, friendly and accurate manner. Ensures that departmental staff provides same level of expected service. Other • Completes projects on a timely basis as assigned by management., • Utilize 2-way dialogue with other departments to clear roadblocks that prevent the branch team from meeting objectives., • Signs checks as necessary., • Performs other various duties as assigned. Qualifications Education & Experience - Applicants must possess the following qualifications or an equivalent combination of education and experience: • Education: An Associate’s Degree and at least two (2) years of professional experience in branch management or sales position or equivalent combination of education and directly related work experience. Credit union experience is strongly preferred. Knowledge/Skills • Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.
