Job Description Lighting Operations Manager About 3G Productions Headquartered in Las Vegas, with full operations in Nashville, Los Angeles, and Atlanta, 3G Productions is one of the country's premier full-service live event production companies. Additionally, 3G's in-house design and integration team specializes in installing AVL equipment in arenas, theaters, and stadiums across the country. Position Overview The Lighting Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all day‑to‑day operations of the lighting warehouse in Las Vegas. This role provides departmental leadership and ownership across people, processes, equipment, and interdepartmental coordination. The Lighting Operations Manager leads the lighting warehouse team with a strong emphasis on empowerment, accountability, communication, and attention to detail, while ensuring lighting inventory is accurately maintained, equipment is show‑ready, and workflows support safe, efficient show execution. This position works closely with warehouse leadership and cross‑functional teams (Audio, Video, Rigging, Project Management, and Logistics) to support company‑wide operational success. General Tasks / Duties Below is a general list of the tasks and duties: Operations & Equipment Management • Oversee prep and de‑prep of lighting equipment for shows, • Receive and process new lighting equipment from PPOs, ensuring accurate intake, tagging, and system entry, • Manage scanning of equipment in/out using company systems (Flex Rental Solutions preferred), • Maintain accurate lighting inventory, including locating, tracking, and billing for missing or unreturned items, • Report damaged, broken, or out‑of‑commission equipment to the Warehouse or Lighting Director, • Replace missing or damaged barcodes and ensure asset traceability, • Manage shipping and receiving related to lighting equipment, • Lead, schedule, and manage on‑site lighting warehouse labor, • Foster ownership of work, accountability, and professional growth within the lighting team, • Communicate expectations clearly and maintain a respectful, team‑focused work environment, • Work closely with all departments, with particular focus on Lighting leadership, • Partner with Project Management, Logistics, and other warehouse teams to support show execution, • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant working environment, • Ensure lighting equipment is maintained to the highest operational standards, • Operate forklifts and lifts as required (maintaining certifications), • Uphold a culture‑first mindset, modeling professionalism, teamwork, and strong communication, • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and company operations Qualification and Experience • Strong lighting experience in live events, production, or warehouse operations, • Proven experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager, • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, coach, and collaborate effectively, • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills, • Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment, • Experience with inventory management systems (Flex Rental Solutions ideal; comparable systems acceptable), • OSHA 30 certification preferred (required if hired), • Forklift and scissor lift certification preferred (required if hired), • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, • Variable schedule; weekdays normal business hours, weekends as needed, • Competitive base salary, • Performance-based annual bonus tied to operational metrics, key performance indicators (KPI’s) and company growth, • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) retirement plan with company match of 5%, • Paid time off and holiday schedule
