During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.Stooping/Bending Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching/Squatting Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas. Reaching Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. You’ll be trusted to take on more complex assignments – such as assisting with system retrofits or large-scale refrigerant projects – while often mentoring junior Tech I team members on the job. This position is ideal for a skilled technician with ~1–3 years of experience who is ready to step up as a fully capable field service professional. Key Responsibilities • Independent Field Work: Execute routine service jobs and refrigerant recovery operations with minimal supervision. You’ll be dispatched to customer sites to perform preventative maintenance, service recovery equipment, and handle standard repairs efficiently while upholding Hudson’s quality standards. Often, you will act as the on-site lead when working with a Tech I assistant, ensuring work is completed safely and effectively., • Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve intermediate-level issues in chiller and refrigeration systems. This includes identifying refrigerant leaks, failed components (compressors, expansion valves, etc.), or control system faults. Utilize diagnostic tools (pressure gauges, multimeters, recovery units) and interpret data (pressures, temperatures, error codes) to pinpoint problems, implementing repairs or stable temporary fixes until a permanent solution is in place., • Special Projects Support: Assist senior technicians or Leads on complex projects such as refrigerant retrofit conversions or chiller decontamination procedures. We stay safe to ensure everyone goes home the way they came, every day.Overview: Today, National Ramp is in search of a passionate and enthusiastic Staff Accountant that will bring their expertise to our team and help us grow to become the #1 Ramp Company in the World. The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the accounting and finance operations of the company, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results. Key attributes we admire: • Confidence and determination, • Ability to build rapport across diverse personality types, • Active listening skills to truly understand and address customer needs Management • Support the Finance and Accounting Manager in all aspects of the National Ramp finance department., • Provide backup and support for any PTO in the finance department. Either the Accounting Manager or the Staff Accountant should be on-site during working hours (e.g. no overlapping vacations)., • Support the management of outsourced functions including any audits., • Support the daily operations of the accounting department, • Understand the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures., • Understand and support the monthly financial close for National Ramp.Transactions, • Ensure that full cycle accounts payable are completed in a timely manner., • AP Invoices should be accurately allocated among divisions., • Ensure that all reasonable discounts are taken into accounts payable., • Support all divisions with AR and ensure that all account receivables are collected and transacted properly and promptly., • Ensure customer discounts are applied correctly, with specific regard to all customers that take advantage of AR invoice terms., • Bank Reconciliations are completed weekly to support a timely monthly close (3 days).Reporting, • Support the timely issuance of complete financial statements., • Analyze variances from budget and report significant issues to management., • Support any financial analyses as needed, specifically for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.Other – National Ramp Specific, • Learn and understand National Ramp’s ERP, Epicor., • Ensure inventory control processes and measurements are in place and functional, including inventory counts, inventory error analysis and obsolete inventory., • Support and understand Average Cost. Ensure it is accurate within Epicor., • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field, required., • At least three years of work experience in a manufacturing environment., • Must have a minimum of three years experience working in an ERP system., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail., • Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting., • Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles., • Ability to correctly prepare tax reports., • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting softwareWhy Join National Ramp: Our commitment to you goes beyond the usual.
