Job Description: • Perform high‑quality welding on large steel components, • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings, • Fit, position, and tack structural parts prior to welding, • Operate overhead cranes, rigging equipment, and fabrication tools, • Inspect welds for accuracy, penetration, and overall quality, • Work closely with fabrication teams to meet production goals, • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work areaSkills/Qualifications:, • Experience with FCAW, GMAW, or structural welding, • Ability to pass a weld test, • Strong understanding of weld symbols and fabrication drawings, • Comfortable working with large steel components and heavy equipment, • Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work in a team environment, • Prior experience in industrial, structural, or heavy‑manufacturing welding is a plusWhy You’ll Love This Opportunity:, • Steady, long‑term work with consistent hours, • Opportunities to advance your welding skills and move into higher‑level roles, • Work on large‑scale projects that make a real impact This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
