About the Role: The Sales Manager leads sales growth, focusing on strategic positioning and revenue. They ensure client satisfaction, connect investors with companies, and drive international expansion in technology. This role requires expertise in enterprise sales, business development, deal making, and digital transformation services. You will collaborate with marketing, finance, and technology teams to drive sales performance, develop market-entry strategies, and ensure operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets. - Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies for business growth. Identify and capture emerging global business opportunities. - Drive digital transformation sales for multinational corporations, hotels, and enterprise clients. - Align sales and marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion. - Negotiate and close high-value deals with strategic partners. - Lead M&A initiatives, acquiring and integrating high-growth tech startups. - Collaborate with investment teams to facilitate investor acquisitions. - Provide insights on product-market fit, pricing, and customer behavior. - Implement CRM tools and automation for efficiency and monitor KPIs to drive continuous sales improvement. - Use data analytics to track trends, forecast revenue, and refine strategies. - Support fundraising by engaging with high-net-worth investors and VCs. - Manage due diligence and ensure financial compliance. - Act as a liaison between fund managers, financial institutions, and leadership - Foster a results-driven culture with accountability and improvement. - Provide coaching to enhance sales team performance. - Drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and strategy. Required Qualifications & Skills: - 10+ years in Sales Manager, Sales Leadership, Business Development in tech-driven, SaaS, or enterprise B2B. - Experience with global companies working across different countries, with a specific focus on the Asian market. - Skilled in management and coordination of remote teams - Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum. - Expertise in market research, trend analysis, and investment strategy. - Strong sales leadership, strategy execution, and scaling experience. - Skilled in negotiation, M&A, fundraising, and business acquisitions. - Proficient in CRM, sales automation, and data analytics. - Data-driven decision-making with expertise in KPIs and market trends. - Native English, with two additional languages - Portuguese, Spanish, or Mandarin - Flexible to work across time zones and international markets. - Strong leadership, adaptability, and team motivation skills. - Committed to long-term vision and company success. - Ability to work in multicultural team environments. - This position offers the flexibility to work remotely. - Overnight Shift: 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM (This shift is designated for communication with the East Asia team.)
