Job DescriptionJob Title: Warehouse Associate II Job Description The Warehouse Associate II plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer demand by receiving, picking, packaging, and preparing outgoing domestic and international shipments. This position works closely with internal teams, uses an ERP system to transact orders, and supports inventory accuracy and product conversions in a modern, state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities • Transact customer orders using the ERP system to ensure accurate and timely processing., • Pick product for shipping, ensuring all required items are correctly selected and ready for packaging., • Affix packaging labels to cartons and prepare shipments according to established procedures., • Receive incoming product on the dock, unload trailers, and process items into the system., • Perform quality control inspections within the workflow to ensure product and order accuracy., • Take accurate inventory counts of finished goods and materials as assigned., • Process both domestic and international shipments in accordance with shipping requirements., • Provide freight quotations to the internal customer service team when requested., • Assist with converting products into bundles, kits, and re-packaged configurations., • Identify operational issues as they arise and help develop or suggest solutions., • Maintain good communication and rapport with co-workers to support efficient operations., • Keep designated warehouse areas organized, clean, and free of unnecessary clutter., • Keep the Lead and/or supervisor informed of issues on the warehouse floor., • Answer questions from newer employees and demonstrate proper methods for performing tasks., • Function as an Order Selector with minimal questions and limited supervision., • Perform product conversion functions independently and without assistance., • Adjust work pace in response to daily operational needs and shifting priorities., • Multi-task effectively in a dynamic work environment while maintaining strong attention to detail., • Recognize process improvement opportunities and communicate them to the Lead., • Use basic computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook to support daily tasks., • Consistently maintain reliable attendance, as attendance is a critical function of this position., • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.Essential Skills, • 2–4 years of related experience in general warehouse duties, including receiving, packaging, and shipping., • Experience with receiving, packaging, inventory, and shipping and receiving operations., • Ability to transact orders and process inventory using an ERP system., • Material handling experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment., • Ability to obtain forklift certification within the first three months of employment., • Ability to adjust work pace in response to daily operational needs., • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while multi-tasking., • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal., • Ability to maintain good communication and rapport with co-workers and internal teams., • Ability to recognize improvement opportunities and communicate them to leadership., • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook., • Reliable and consistent attendance.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Experience working with stockroom operations and inventory control., • Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment (forklift certification to be obtained after hire)., • Ability to learn new software applications, including navigating through ERP systems., • Comfort working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities., • Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support and train newer employees., • Ability to function as an Order Selector with minimal guidance., • Ability to perform product conversion tasks such as bundling, kitting, and re-packaging., • Competency in reading and following written instructions and shipping documentation.Why Work Here? Work Environment This role is based in a state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing and warehouse environment within a brand-new facility equipped with new workstations. The layout is organized like a football field, starting in one end zone with raw materials, followed by SMT and AOI machines, then the assembly and hand-add area, and ending in the packaging and shipping department. This position primarily works in the assembly and hand-add area, closely connected to packaging and shipping operations. The environment is structured, clean, and organized, with designated warehouse areas maintained in an orderly condition. Work is performed on-site in a production and warehouse setting that requires safe material handling and the use of standard warehouse equipment, including forklifts once certified. Hours and specific shift times are fixed and require the ability to work the assigned shift consistently, with attendance considered critical to success in the role. The dress code aligns with a typical electronics manufacturing and warehouse environment, prioritizing safety and practicality. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
