Job Description Summary The Manager, Operations is an operations project manager who will work with senior operations team to design and execute programs to support the companies’ goals and objectives. The Manager, Operations will provide overall planning for, and direction to operational areas to achieve operating standards, client satisfaction, and financial goals. Essential duties and responsibilities • Oversee the planning of both occasional face to face meetings and monthly conference calls along with any corresponding logistics and material preparation, • Research, analyze and prepare materials for the Operations and Executive team.
