Job Description Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience Role will be detail oriented, organized, flexible, handle multiple tasks, and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced work environment with background in procurement workflows and guided buying process. You are part of a dynamic Sales Operations team and have a successful track record working on a wide variety of sourcing workflows to enable sales. This includes procurement of services for in-store fixture setup, staff training, and implementations, management of purchase order (PO) status and report generation. You will be understanding the client's procurement requests, analyze specifications, and query for missing information. You will use information from data tables, run basic SQL queries, analyze data and report. You will also be involved in other support functions including User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Technical Skills Required: Query Languages: Proficient in SQL, and analyzing data in the form of dashboards/ tables Procurement, Supply Chain Planning Tools: Hands-on experience in cloud-based tools like SAP Ariba and business planning tool like Anaplan. Spreadsheets: Advanced Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets/ MS Excel Collaboration/ Communication: G-suite Productivity Tools, Office 365, Chat/ Messaging Tools Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, including creation, tracking, modification, and closure to ensure timely procurement of goods and services., • Generate, analyze, and distribute procurement reports to stakeholders., • Monitor and manage the status of purchase requests and orders, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks or discrepancies., • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain to synchronize operational activities and align with business objectives., • Utilize procurement and supply chain planning tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Anaplan) to source materials, track orders, and maintain accurate records., • Support data integrity efforts by maintaining accurate procurement data in relevant systems, performing data validation, and executing regular clean-up processes., • Identify and troubleshoot operational issues related to POs, working with internal teams and suppliers to resolve them efficiently., • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and integration projects to ensure seamless implementation of new procurement solutions or process enhancements., • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through G-suite, Office 365, and messaging tools to ensure transparency and timely updates., • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency., • Provide L1 support for data and user issues, acting as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting and escalating complex problems as needed., • Offer operational support for platform integration initiatives, ensuring smooth onboarding of new technologies and assisting users during transition periods.
