Job Description CENTURY 21 Edge is a leading real estate brokerage in Central Florida and the Tampa Bay area. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can bring that same bold, creative, tech-forward energy to our online presence. Position Summary The Social Media Manager will own our brand’s voice on social channels, build audience engagement, create fun and compelling content (posts, stories, reels, TikToks, videos), and leverage modern tools — including AI — to amplify reach and impact. This is a predominantly in-person role (≈ 75%) in the Orlando area, with remote flexibility (≈ 25%) once the rhythm is established. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a strategic social media plan that builds the CENTURY 21 Edge brand, grows our online community, and drives engagement., • Create and manage content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Stories/Reels) — including scripting, shooting, editing, scheduling, and posting., • Use AI-enabled tools and analytics to generate content ideas, optimize performance, and personalize audience interactions., • Monitor social media channels in real time, respond to engagement, manage comment flows, and cultivate community., • Produce fun, high-quality video content (reels, TikToks, short promos) that reflect the brand’s personality and resonate with our target audience (agents, customers, community)., • Collaborate with marketing, agent teams, leadership to align social content with broader brand initiatives, events, and campaigns., • Analyze social metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth) and report insights to leadership; iterate to improve performance., • Stay ahead of social and digital trends (platform features, algorithm changes, creative formats) and proactively propose innovations., • Manage the social content calendar, ensure consistency in brand voice, and maintain quality control., • Occasionally assist with on-site content capture (in-office, open houses, events, community outreach) in the Central Florida region. Required Qualifications • 3–5+ years of social media management (or similar) for a brand with a strong engagement focus., • Demonstrated success in creating social content with measurable audience growth and engagement., • Excellent video production skills (shooting/lighting/editing) for short-form social media., • Strong understanding of platforms’ native features (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) and algorithm dynamics., • Experience leveraging AI tools (content generation, analytics, personalization) in social or marketing contexts., • Excellent storytelling, writing, editing, and creative-direction skills — with a fun, engaging personality., • Strong analytic mindset: comfortable with metrics, dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decision making., • Ability to work in-office in the Orlando area (≈ 75% in-person), with some remote work (≈ 25%) once established., • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggles multiple projects, and anticipates emerging opportunities. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in real estate or related lifestyle/consumer brand vertical., • Proficiency with social scheduling/management tools and editing suites (Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)., • Familiarity with influencer partnerships, UGC (user-generated content), and community-driven campaigns., • A personal social media presence or portfolio demonstrating creativity, humor, and brand voice.
