Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Treasury Management Implementation Supervisor. Description: The Banking Implementations Supervisor leads a high-performing team responsible for end-to-end onboarding and maintenance of commercial banking services, spanning documentation intake, configuration “key-strokes” across multiple banking systems, rigorous quality control, and client training on the Commercial Online Banking (OLB) platform. This role ensures on-time, right-first-time delivery and is a key contributor to department KPIs. The Supervisor partners closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and Technology, and serves as a critical participant in platform migrations, system conversions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Specialists, set priorities, balance workload, and ensure service-level adherence., • Oversee intake and validation of client documentation (e.g., service agreements, treasury services forms, signor), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance., • Direct and/or perform configuration steps (“key-strokes”) across multiple systems, ensuring alignment to client requirements and internal controls., • Oversee quality control (QC) checkpoints pre and post activation to minimize error rates and rework., • Ensure secure handling of sensitive client data, maintaining audit-ready records and process traceability., • Ensure the delivery of accurate client training for the Commercial OLB platform (navigation, entitlements, ACH/wires/positive pay, alerts, approvals, token process., • Provide clear, proactive communications around timelines, dependencies, and manage escalations and drive resolution., • Define, track, and report team and process KPIs., • Produce weekly/monthly dashboards and narrative analysis, identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions., • Partner with leadership to set targets and drive continuous improvement., • Maintain standardized work instructions and controls to meet regulatory, audit, and information security expectations., • Ensure adherence to bank policies and banking regulations., • Serve as a core contributor for platform migrations, system conversions, new product launches, and client portfolio transitions., • Represent Implementations in cross-functional workstreams (Product, Technology, Compliance, Operations)., • Perform other duties as assigned. Education/Experience Preferred: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience., • Minimum of Seven years of Treasury Management experience., • Seven years of Project Management or related experience., • Must possess strong analytical and problems solving skills., • Must have ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines while adapting to changing conditions., • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite., • Must possess strong verbal and written communications skills.
