Job Description About the Role The Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager is responsible for executing and operationalizing Alps Controls’ cross-channel marketing campaigns. This role ensures marketing strategy translates into coordinated execution across email, automation, paid media coordination, events logistics, and campaign performance reporting. This position is the operational engine of the marketing department — responsible for building, deploying, tracking, and optimizing campaigns while maintaining system integrity and execution discipline. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution • Build and deploy email campaigns in marketing automation platform, • Create and manage landing pages, • Coordinate campaign timelines and assets, • Ensure on-time launch of monthly initiatives, • Manage campaign QA and testing Marketing Automation • Build and maintain workflows (welcome, reactivation, nurture), • Manage segmentation and lists, • Ensure CRM data flows properly between Salesforce and Marketing Automation, • Maintain database hygiene and compliance Paid Media Coordination • Serve as internal liaison to paid media agency, • Provide campaign briefs and landing pages, • Monitor spend pacing, • Consolidate performance reporting, • Recommend optimization adjustments Event Logistics & Execution • Coordinate event timelines, • Manage venue communication, • Oversee registrations and attendee lists, • Coordinate booth materials and vendor participation, • Support post-event reporting and follow-up workflows Reporting & Analytics • Maintain monthly marketing performance dashboard in cooperation with our BI team, • Track campaign KPIs, • Monitor attribution trends, • Provide insights to CMTO and leadership Cross-Functional Coordination • Align with Sales for campaign rollout, • Support Vendor Marketing Specialist with fulfillment builds, • Coordinate with Marketing Director on asset deployment, • All other duties as assigned Ideal Candidate Profile • 4–6 years B2B marketing experience, • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), • Comfortable working within Salesforce ecosystem, • Highly organized and deadline-driven, • Analytical mindset, • Experience coordinating paid media agencies, • Experience supporting live events What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months) • Campaigns launch on schedule without last-minute scrambling, • Marketing automation workflows operate smoothly, • Vendor campaigns execute seamlessly, • Paid media reporting is clear and actionable, • Events run without operational friction, • Leadership receives consistent, data-backed reporting Tools & Systems This role works across several tools and systems, including: • CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar), • Email marketing platforms, • Google Ads Management, • Website content and promotion tools, • Analytics and reporting tools (web, campaign, or dashboard-based), • Project management and collaboration tools Experience with these systems is helpful, but strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn are equally important.
