Job Title: Community Health Registered Nurse (Queens) (Onsite | Field-Based) Location: Queens, NY Schedule: Full-Time | 35 hours/week | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (some flexibility) Start Date: ASAP Caseload: Up to 25 families About the Role We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Nurse to join a community-based maternal and child health program serving families in Queens. This is a highly relationship-driven role focused on supporting first-time mothers through pregnancy and early childhood using an evidence-based home visiting model. This position is ideal for RNs who are passionate about maternal health, education, and community-based care—including new graduates seeking extensive training and long-term professional growth. Compensation & Benefits • Associate Degree RN: $92,000, • Bachelor’s Degree RN (BSN): $95,000, • Minimum 3% annual cost-of-living increase, • Mileage reimbursement for field work, • Generous vacation package + 14 paid holidays, • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, • Flexible Spending & Commuter Benefits, • Company-paid Life Insurance & Disability, • 403(b) retirement plan with employer match and discretionary contributions, • College Savings Plan, • Ongoing training and professional development, • A workplace that values work-life balance Training & Onboarding • 4–6 months of structured onboarding and training, • Live, Zoom-based training sessions (camera on), • In-office support during training for technical and clinical guidance, • Shadow visits with experienced nurses, • Gradual caseload build during the first year (typically 21–25 clients), • Quarterly travel to Tribeca (first week required to pick up equipment) Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Conduct in-person home visits (telehealth used to supplement care), • Manage and schedule your own client visits over time, • Complete no more than 12–15 visits per week, • Participate in weekly 1-hour clinical supervision, • Attend team meetings every Wednesday from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, • Provide health education, emotional support, and care coordination, • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, • Participate in client-facing events, including graduations and holiday gatherings Required Qualifications • Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred, • Active New York State RN license, • Current CPR certification, • Bilingual English/Spanish required, • Valid driver’s license and access to a car, • Willingness to conduct field-based work in Queens, • Open to new graduates, • Candidates with an ASN enrolled in a BSN program and fluent in Spanish may be considered at a lower starting salary Preferred Experience • Women’s health, maternity, or labor & delivery, • Public health or community health nursing, • Home visiting, home care, or field-based roles, • Maternal-child health programs, • Behavioral health or psychiatric experience (bonus) Must-Have Skills • Strong time management and organizational skills, • High work ethic and reliability, • Comfort working independently in the field, • Ability to build trust with diverse families Ideal Candidate • Passionate about maternal and child health, • Values education, prevention, and long-term outcomes, • Compassionate, patient, and relationship-driven, • Comfortable acting as both clinician and educator Interview Process • In-person interview with leadership team in Queens
