Job Description Minimum Job Requirements: • Ability to work five 48-hour shifts per month (48/96 schedule), • Must hold a current, valid Missouri State RN license, • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the last five years in either: 1. An adult level 1 or level 2 trauma center emergency department and TNCC & CEN OR 2. Helicopter EMS agency that responds to scene flights and CFRN • Must hold CFRN or obtain CFRN within 12 months of hire, • Must have ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications, • EMT/Paramedic certification, • Ground EMS experience, • Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, • ICU experience, • TNCC certification, • CCRN certification, • CEN certification, • ATCN certification, • CFRN certification, • ATLS, PHTLS, and ITLS certifications, • Initial salary is $86,569 annually, plus an additional $7,000 with CFRN certification ($93,569 annually), • After one year, $94,716 plus an additional $7,000 for CFRN certification ($101,716 annually), • 100% paid health insurance premiums for you and your family; maximum annual out-of-pocket expenses are $3,000 per participant or $6,000 for family starting on day of hire, • 100% paid dental and vision insurance for you and 50% for family, • Wellness program and ability to earn $1,200 annually for your health savings account, • Pension plan with 8% employer contribution, which increases with tenure to 11%, • Additional 2% pension plan employer match with 2% deferred employee contribution, • 100% paid $100,000 life insurance, • 100% reimbursed long-term disability insurance, • Vacation and personal day benefits, prorated in hire year, • Annual tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 per year, • 8 days sick leave per year, prorated in hire year, • $1,600 annual perfect attendance bonus, • $200 holiday pay, • $700 annual uniform allowance, • 100% paid Employee Assistance Plan, • 100% paid Missouri Firefighter Cancer plan after 5 years of employment, • Paid New Parent and Funeral Leave, • Cancer Diagnosis Leave and supplemental pay, • Voluntary Dependent Care and Limited Health Care flexible tax-saving spending accounts available, • Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Short-Term Disability, and Term Life Insurance available
