Job Description We’re Not Looking for a Traditional Executive Assistant. We’re Looking for an Operator, Integrator, and Force Multiplier. This is not a typical administrative support role. If you’re looking for a comfortable, passive, task-only position where you simply manage a calendar and take notes, do not apply. This is your opportunity to work directly with Adam Rossen during a major growth phase as we expand the firm, pursue acquisitions, strengthen leadership, and continue building a nationally recognized legal brand. We need someone who can help the CEO stay focused on the highest-value activities while ensuring the business continues to move forward with clarity, accountability, and speed.
