Job Description A family law firm administrator reports on-site at the Greenbrier office location to perform the following tasks: • Building new case files (paper and electronic), • Sending parties initial emails with process information, GAL questionnaire, • Maintaining files – sorting and scanning incoming notes, orders, documents, • Monitor/answer/return calls and messages as need, • Scheduling – maintaining digital calendar, scheduling client appointments as needed., • Requesting records from various agencies, • Updating case read as new cases come in / new dates are set, • Logging time expended on cases, • Building and updating roster of professional contacts – attorneys, medical providers, therapists, police departments, DHS contacts, etc. 20-25 hours needed per week; opportunity for more hours available after 90-day probationary period is completed
