Key Responsibilities • Assist senior project control managers in planning and scheduling projects, • Participate in cost estimation and budgeting processes, • Prepare project documentation, reports, and records related to project progress, • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, • Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances, • Utilize relevant software tools for project control Qualifications • 0-2 years of experience in project control or similar roles, • Effective teamwork and communication skills, • Basic understanding of project management and control principles., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, • Familiarity with construction-related documentation, such as submittals, daily reports, and schedules., • Effective communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred but not required, • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities. Additional Information • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., • On-site work required; occasional overtime or weekend work may be necessary based on project needs.
