Job Description Assistant Property Manager Work Location: Long Beach, CA General Summary: Under the direction of the Director, Permanent Supportive Housing, the Assistant Property Manager (APM) works in conjunction with the Property Management Team and is responsible for a working understanding of all of the property operations of the assigned property and will act as main point of contact in the absence of the Property Manager.
