Job DescriptionLHH is working with a stable company in Everett, WA that is looking for a temporary to hire Accounts Receivable Specialist for their team. You will be coordinating with different teams to manage funds, invoices, and payments. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of previous AR experience and have professional communication skills. This position is in office full-time but you will work with a friendly, supportive team. Responsibilities: • Generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner, • Process payments, cash applications, and account adjustments, • Monitor aging reports and follow up proactively on past due accounts, • Resolve customer billing discrepancies and support issue resolution, • Reconcile AR accounts and prepare month-end reporting, • Partner with sales, operations, and finance on credit, billing, and payment issues, • Support audits and assist with additional accounting tasks as needed Qualifications:, • Two or more years of Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience, • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar), • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities, • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour Search managed by: Brittany Cona Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
