Job Description A large, high-volume entertainment and hospitality destination in the El Paso area is seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead a full operational reset and growth phase across multiple food and beverage concepts. This role is ideal for a hands-on, entrepreneurial F&B leader who thrives in environments that demand both strategic vision and day-to-day execution, particularly in venues with fluctuating volume, major event days, and diverse customer segments. Position Overview The Director of Food & Beverage will be responsible for the oversight, development, and execution of all food and beverage operations, including casual dining, bars, fast-service concepts, and premium offerings. This individual will play a central role in concept development, menu strategy, staffing models, cost controls, vendor management, and service standards. The position requires someone comfortable building systems from the ground up while simultaneously improving existing operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, service styles, and volume levels, • Implement new F&B concepts, menus, and service models designed for scalability and margin performance, • Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, labor models, and food & beverage cost controls, • Oversee menu engineering, pricing strategy, and portion control to drive profitability, • Establish SOPs, training programs, and service standards across all venues, • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain culinary and front-of-house leadership teams, • Optimize operations for both low-volume weekdays and high-impact event days with thousands of guests, • Manage vendor relationships, purchasing programs, and inventory systems, • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and executive leadership, • At least 5 years of experience in food and beverage service (management experience preferred not required), • Knowledge of food and beverage safety and sanitation regulations, • Excellent customer service and communication skills, • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills, • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
