Job DescriptionSalary: DOE Part-Time Marketing & Communications Coordinator Remote | Part-Time We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support two growing organizations: Invest Nest (a statewide student entrepreneurship competition) and Davies + Allen (a professional accounting firm). This is a remote, part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, creating content, improving systems, and working independently while supporting leadership teams. Position Overview This role supports marketing tasks, communications, and content coordination across two organizations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and able to manage timelines across multiple initiatives without heavy supervision. Invest Nest Responsibilities Social Media & Content Coordination • Assist in organizing and scheduling social media content, • Coordinate with videographer to manage content workflow, • Track student media release forms for social posting, • Support communication with school districts and adult leaders, • Ensure students complete required website registration, • Assist with newsletter drafting and formatting, • Support email list cleanup and database organization, • Maintain organized documentation for student participation, • Support coordination leading up to competition rounds and state event Davies + Allen Responsibilities Social Media Management • Assist in creating and scheduling social content, • Help maintain consistent posting schedule, • Assist in building FAQ pages, • Support content updates to improve clarity and searchability, • Help organize and publish client testimonials, • Support content that strengthens online credibility and authority Qualifications • Current student in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or BA in Marketing or similar experience, • Experience in social media management and content coordination, • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to manage deadlines independently, • Experience coordinating with videographers or creative teams Position Details • Remote position, • Part-time (approx. 15 hours per week), • Flexible schedule with required deadline accountability, • Reports to leadership team Who This Role Is Ideal For This position is perfect for someone who: • Enjoys bringing structure and organization to growing programs, • Likes both creative and technical marketing tasks, • Wants meaningful work supporting entrepreneurship and professional services, • Thrives in a self-directed remote environment
