As the Field Audit Manager, you'll lead a critical quality control function within our operations pipeline. In this role, you'll lead a team responsible for reviewing solar installation photos for compliance and ensuring that all jobs are ready for funding and inspection. You'll be responsible for identifying issue trends and root cause problem solving, working with field leadership to improve installation quality, and developing scalable processes while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance team development, operational execution, and strategic improvement initiatives to support our rapid growth trajectory.Key Responsibilities: • Analyze installation pictures, close out forms, and rejection information to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, • Partner with Field Leadership to address installation quality issues, provide feedback on training needs, and streamline the quality check process, • Lead root cause problem solving efforts and work with Field Leadership to develop and implement solutions, • Hire, train, onboard, and manage a team of Field Audit Agents, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement, • Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to develop team capabilities and address performance issues, • Maintain comprehensive training materials, SOPs, forms, and quality standards for the installation or field work audit systems, • Establish clear performance expectations and KPIs for the department and team members; track individual and team metrics to drive accountability, • Serve as an escalation point for complex issues that require management intervention or cross-functional coordination, • Participate in weekly operations meetings to report on field quality, report on problem solving initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional solutions, • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence process improvements across departmentsQualifications:, • 3-5 years of progressive experience in operations, quality assurance, or process management roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity, • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions, identify trends, and measure performance, • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities; comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, • Experience building or scaling operational processes in a high-growth environment, • Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), project management tools, and data analysis/reporting tools, • Outstanding communication skills—able to influence cross-functional partners, coach team members, and present to senior leadership, • Experience in solar, renewable energy, home improvement, or other contract-based industries, • Be part of an innovative team dedicated to renewable energy and sustainability, • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement in a growing industry
