QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 6 years of proposal experience in the heavy civil construction, engineering, or related industry., • Previous experience serving as a Proposal Manager or in a lead proposal role managing complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits., • Demonstrated experience with proposals for DOT transportation, public owners, and other infrastructure clients (such as state agencies and water or utility districts); experience with alternative delivery (design-build, CMGC, CMAR) strongly preferred., • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to translate technical input into clear, persuasive proposal content., • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications and CRM systems is a plus., • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, set priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment., • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical staff at all levels., • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
