JRN #2444 Unique opportunity for a proactive, hands-on Personal Assistant to support a principal across both operational and physical responsibilities. This is not a traditional desk-based PA role. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Property & Operations Management • Manage boat operations including storage coordination, readiness, and cleanup, • Oversee property upkeep including pool maintenance, irrigation systems, landscaping, and vehicle maintenance, • Maintain organization of workshop, tools, and equipment, • Serve as point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers Hands-On Support • Perform light hands-on work such as basic repairs, hardware runs, and minor electrical tasks (e.g., replacing outlets or fixtures), • Assist with general maintenance and operational projects as needed Administrative & Financial Support • Manage mail, payments, and day-to-day administrative needs, • Support basic accounting functions using QuickBooks, • Track expenses and assist with P&L reporting for rental properties Lifestyle & Logistics Support • Coordinate events including catering, décor, lighting, and vendor logistics, • Handle end-to-end travel planning including research, booking, and recommendations Ideal Candidate Profile • Experienced using power tools and performing hands-on work, • Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving abilities, • Highly organized and execution-focused, • Resourceful, self-sufficient, and proactive, • Comfortable balancing physical tasks with administrative responsibilities, • Experience with QuickBooks and basic accounting (expenses, revenue tracking, P&L preparation) Location: West Los Angeles Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday + occasional weekends/on-call) Compensation: $130K+
