Position Overview The Managing Partner in Training is an individual who has the experience and skillset to rapidly acclimate into the Crunch culture while demonstrating a high performance culture mentality. What You’ll Do: As the Managing Partner in Training, you’ll be responsible for driving club profitability by energizing the team around clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals. You’ll focus on member satisfaction and retention by ensuring timely resolution of concerns, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining a clean, fully operational facility. You’ll lead performance through effective hiring, onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking, while also managing staff schedules and payroll to ensure optimal coverage. With a deep understanding of our offerings and operations, you’ll uphold high standards across compliance, inventory, and overall club experience. What Success Looks Like: • High performance talent recruited/hired/onboarded; teams energized through coaching, staff meetings, sales development, operational policy execution, and clear accountability., • Consistently deliver a profitable, KPI driven business through operational mastery and P&L ownership., • Exceptional member experience with rapid issue resolution, high retention/satisfaction, and clean/crisp facility with all things working, • Full ownership readiness—independently running all four walls of the business confidently, owning people, results, culture, and compliance. About You: You bring people together around clear objectives and maintain steady focus on execution. You engage the team in solving problems while maintaining forward momentum. Decisions are timely, and performance expectations remain high for both yourself and the team. You are knowledgeable about established processes and serve as a reliable resource for others. Your communication is clear, direct and focused on helping the team move forward. Responsibilities: • Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives, • Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention, • Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards, • Ability to recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent, • Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance, • Member focused in delivering exceptional customer service, • Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7, • Monitor team member payroll and scheduling ensuring the club is adequately staffed at all time, • Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards, • Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking, • Assist with conducting staff meetings and setting, monitoring, and managing team member performance Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred, • Experience with supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred, • Experience with business operations such as hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members required, • Experience in Labor management and inventory control, • CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire), • Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems, • Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business, • Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software, • Ability to invest financially in Managing Partner opportunity Physical Requirements • High school diploma or GED required, • Bachelor degree in business management or related field preferred Travel: No travel required Benefits • PTO, • Subsidized health insurance coverage (health, dental, vision) for full time positions, • Basic Life and AD&D, • HSA, • Short-term disability, • Free gym membership EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER UDT is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a drug-free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.
