As a Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic development and management of critical supply categories, with a focus on plastics. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain is responsible leading all Supply Chain and Direct Procurement activities for the Lakewood factory, serving as the on-site representative for Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Warehousing Functions. This role provides strategic leadership for Procurement, SIOP (Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning), Planning, Scheduling, Inventory, and Supplier Management to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations. This leader drives the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of factory-level supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with global strategies, optimized material flow, robust inventory performance, and cross-functional collaboration to support production and service-level goals. The Medical Education Lead (MEL) will support the delivery and embedding of medical education in North America in order to develop the clinical skills, knowledge, confidence and competencies of the internal team and the health care professional's community with the aim of increasing therapy awareness & adoption. The MEL will be a business partner who will engage in identifying and overcoming unmet medical needs especially related to apheresis and cell therapies. The MEL will act both internally and externally to develop therapy adoption programs together with North America (NA) thought leaders and prescribers. The MEL may be called on to support, participate and/or drive special projects, such as clinical trials, internal and external education and medical congresses. The MEL will respond to medical, scientific & clinical information requests with regards to high-level troubleshooting and procedure optimization. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Develops and maintains professional scientific relationships in areas critical to Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies (TBCT) with thought leaders and health care professional in key medical or blood centers, with medical professional associations and patient advocacy groups, • Works with the sales and marketing team to build knowledge, confidence and competence to drive clinical excellence and help to achieve unmet medical needs in the field of Apheresis, • Serves as a primary Medical Affairs contact involved with clinical/scientific information exchanges. JOB SUMMARY The Global Marketing Manager, for PI (Plasma Innovations) is responsible for providing marketing strategy support and driving market development, commercialization, and adoption of the PI product and services portfolio worldwide. This role balances upstream market development with downstream execution, ensuring the Terumo BCT brand grows across prioritized segments. The incumbent will develop go-to-market strategies, lead evidence-based marketing initiatives, and engage global and regional stakeholders, while partnering with internal teams across product management, services, sales, scientific affairs, and regulatory to deliver integrated market success. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Strategic Market Development & Go-to-Market Planning • Conduct market assessments and market research to identify opportunities., • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions aligned with customer needs and evolving market trends., • Lead development of service offerings and program launches to strengthen brand positioning., • Collaborate with Global Product Management on launch readiness for new products and services. Principal Configuration Analyst - SAP Production Planning (PP/MRP, PP/DS) Job Summary This role provides deep functional and configuration leadership within an existing global SAP ECC environment that is actively transitioning to SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, with a strong emphasis on Production Planning (PP/MRP) and the introduction and adoption of PP/DS. JOB SUMMARY The Payroll Manager plays a key role in overseeing the end-to-end payroll process of the company's North America entities, which includes manufacturing facilities, R&D, global corporate headquarters, and commercial operations. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing and reporting across two countries, multiple pay structures and regulatory environments. The Payroll Manager is responsible for payroll governance, payroll vendor relationships, process optimization, and cross functional alignment with HR, Legal, Finance, IT, Operations, and Commercial organizations. This role will be responsible for setting priorities and performance of daily Payroll functions, while providing day-to-day management and leadership to Payroll team members. Key Responsibilities: Counseling/Direct Service Provision (75%) ● Assess under and uninsured consumers and families for health care coverage, community, and assistance benefits. Key Responsibilities: Schedule Development & Planning • Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6., • Prepare related schedule narratives, • Establish project baselines. Prepare project schedules using a WBS, contractual milestones and defined critical paths. Prepare resource-loaded schedules that align with Project Manager and Airport project objectives., • Manage and review subcontractor and intercompany schedules to ensure alignment with overall project timelines., • Plan and schedule testing, commissioning, simulations, and system integration activities to meet contractual obligations., • Support stage gate management processes for project managers., • Update project progress and identify schedule variances, delays, and risks on weekly/monthly basis, as per contract requirements., • Track and record project delays and it impacts (if any)., • Visit project site and prepare the monthly report for internal and external stakeholders., • Analyze schedule impacts and evaluate time and cost implications of key decisions., • Facilitate coordination between project managers, engineers, technical teams, procurement, subcontractors, Airport authorities, and external stakeholders., • Define and monitor critical interfaces between technical disciplines., • Support the gathering, mapping, and tracking of technical and contractual requirements., • Coordinate design, construction, and operational interfaces specific to Airport environments., • Collaborate with project management to monitor cost, schedule, and quality objectives., • Analyze resource requirements and support effective allocation of personnel., • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Airport projects., • Support development and review of technical documentation, including testing protocols, O&M manuals, and training documentation.
