Duties & Responsibilities: -Adhere to current rules and regulations related to plumbing. -Install new plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, electric and gas water heaters including tankless water heaters. -Follow building plans and blueprints. -Ability to perform under pressure. -Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used Required Experience: *5 or more years of verifiable experience as a plumbing technician. *Valid drivers license: No DUI convictions or license suspensions within 5 years. *Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. *Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade. *Must have own tools.
