The Site Supervisor will serve as the primary field point of contact between installers, Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience., • 3+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience., • Strong expertise in Solidity and Ethereum smart contract development., • Experience building production-grade applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js., • Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, decentralized systems, and Web3 technologies., • Experience with ethers.js, viem, wagmi, or similar Web3 libraries., • Knowledge of token standards including ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155., • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, databases, and cloud infrastructure., • Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable architecture., • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have Qualifications • Experience building DeFi, NFT, RWA, or tokenization platforms., • Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain technologies., • Experience conducting or supporting smart contract security audits., • Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation., • Experience working in startups or high-growth technology companies., • Open-source contributions within the blockchain ecosystem.
