Our highly experienced team of instructors has backgrounds including speech-language pathology, linguistics, languages, public speaking, music, acting, and writing. We are dedicated to helping clients enhance communication, build confidence, and achieve professional success. We serve a diverse client base, including senior executives, international startups, and well-known brands, providing both individual coaching and group training. AccentsOff is open seven days a week, offering services both on site in New York City and via Zoom. Role Description This exciting on-site role, based in Midtown Manhattan in New York, focuses on providing speech, American accent, and voice improvement to high-achieving professionals. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, customizing curricula, conducting one-on-one training , monitoring progress, and offering personalized feedback to ensure measurable improvements in speech and confidence. A full training will be provided. Employees start on a part-time basis with future full-time opportunities available. Qualifications • Strong expertise in accent modification, voice improvement, and effective communication techniques, • Speech pathology or ESL background a plus, • Proficiency in delivering presentation skills coaching and executive business communication training, • Experience with teaching or collaborating with business professionals, • Effective one-on-one coaching, customization of training programs, and excellent interpersonal skills, • Strong organizational skills to assess needs, monitor progress, and provide actionable feedback to clients, • Master’s Degree or equivalent education/experience in relevant fields such as Speech-Language Pathology, Communication, Linguistics, Public Speaking, or Performance Arts, • Passion for helping professionals improve their communication abilities and build confidence in an instructional setting
