What You’ll Be Doing • Educating clients on available programs and services to help them reach their goals., • Guiding clients through the steps to begin their programs and making sure they understand the process., • Answering questions and providing clear explanations about the benefits of starting a program., • Coordinating with team members to ensure clients are smoothly transitioned into their chosen programs. You’re a Strong Fit If You Have: • 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail., • Strong communication skills — you can explain complex information in a simple, understandable way., • Ability to handle multiple tasks and client inquiries in a busy environment., • A detail-oriented approach to ensuring clients have all the information they need to start successfully. Education Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred., • Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
