The Bar Back safely and efficiently ensures bar is properly stocked, barware is clean, and generally supports the smooth and efficient behind-the-scenes operation of the bar for the bartender. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Stock bottles, beverages, ice and supplies needed during service, • Wash and restock barware/glasses, • Remove dirty dishes, glasses and silverware, place in respective trays, • Prepare bar for service – wipe clean, refill all condiments and supplies at the end of each shift, • Fill condiment containers, ice, other bar/table supplies, • Perform opening and closing work as requested Provide high level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure Experience / Education: Previous experience and TIPS certification preferred Physical Demands
