Job DescriptionDescription: Full Time, Benefit Eligible Under general supervision, complete landscape maintenance functions, including but not limited to, all aspects of plant health care and day-to-day operations involving horticulture. Essential Functions (Including, but not limited to): • Conducts all activities in alignment with principles and integrity of the George Kaiser Family Foundation., • Ensure quality and consistency in all aspects of the day to day horticultural operation., • Follow all operating and horticulture policies and procedures on a continuous basis to ensure safety, efficiency and guest satisfaction., • Complete landscape tasks including but not limited to cutbacks, leaf removal, mulching, pruning, weeding, mowing, string trimming, planting, deadheading and pesticide applications., • Utilize, inspect, and complete minor repairs of irrigation system., • Complete plant health care practices including but not limited to scouting for plant diseases and insects, proper watering, applying pesticides per protocol, and applying fertilizer in correct amounts., • Communicate needed materials and plants for horticulture operations.
