Job Description Childcare Advisor (Customer Support / Case Management) Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Duration: Contract Assignment, up to 4 months Employment Type: Temporary Position Overview We are seeking a Childcare Advisor to join a high-volume support center environment, providing case management and customer service to families seeking childcare solutions. This role serves as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians, offering guidance through childcare options, eligibility requirements, and funding application processes. This position requires a strong balance of customer service, attention to detail, and administrative accuracy in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Support • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians, managing inquiries from initial contact through resolution, • Deliver a high-quality customer experience across phone, email, and chat channels, • Conduct eligibility assessments and collect accurate customer information, • Guide customers through childcare funding applications, ensuring all required documentation is obtained and validated, • Process a high volume of applications accurately and in a timely manner following established guidelines, • Maintain detailed, accurate, and compliant case notes within internal systems, • Ensure adherence to confidentiality, data protection, and organizational policies, • Use empathy and active listening to support families navigating childcare needs, • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements, • Maintain knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations impacting childcare and support services Qualifications Required • High school diploma or equivalent, • Strong customer service experience in a high-volume environment, • Excellent communication and active listening skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting, • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, • Post-secondary education in business, human services, or related field, • Experience in case management, social services, call center, or government program support, • Familiarity with eligibility programs, benefits administration, or workforce services Technical Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, • Experience with CRM systems, case management platforms, or data entry systems, • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency Core Competencies • Customer service and relationship management, • Case management and administrative accuracy, • Problem-solving and issue resolution, • Time management and multitasking, • Compliance and attention to detail Ideal Candidate Profile • Customer-focused professional with strong empathy and communication skills, • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-volume workloads, • Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven environment, • Proactive problem-solver who can navigate complex processes and systems Work Environment • Onsite support center environment, • High-volume call, chat, and email workflow, • Fast-paced, performance-based setting with defined service level expectations Company DescriptionThroughout the past 30 years plus, MMC, one of the most trusted names in workforce management services, has successfully delivered strategic solutions to large and small businesses in numerous industries.
