Instructor Responsibilities - Training: Master instructional modules, resources, program structure, and best practices. - Class Visits: Have a complete understanding of BPW’s program structure & best practices. Within one month have expertise, and be able to independently lead activities and explain core themes in all of the class Visit flows for Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools, and Special Education. Engage with students to encourage participation. Class Visits are typically 20 minutes in length (with some exceptions) with a 5 minute transition period between Class Visits.
