Benefits of working for Primo Brands: Health Benefits: Medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending account (FSA), dependent care flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) Retirement/Investing: 401K with a 5% match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Insurance: Employee Life Insurance, short and long-term disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, spouse/domestic partner/child life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment Other great benefits: Employee discounts, save on auto, home, and pet insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, 9 paid holidays and 3 paid floating holidays, paid leave for when you have a baby, adopt a child, or become a foster parent, legal services, identity theft protection, employee assistance program (EAP), adoption reimbursement benefit, FEDlogic, commuter benefits Responsibilities • Start, monitor, and stop bottling lines, labelers, packers, and palletizers to ensure smooth production flow., • Complete basic maintenance according to company standards on production equipment, • Ensure continuous operation by supplying the line with caps, labels, shrink-wrap, and empty bottles., • Perform routine hourly checks, inspecting bottles for proper fill levels, seal integrity, and physical defects., • Stack cases of bottled water, wrap pallets, and assist with loading or operating a forklift., • Precisely weighs, measures, and mixes raw materials, minerals, and flavorings according to exact product recipes and formula sheets., • Stages ingredients and loads bulk materials into blending tanks, ensuring proper lot tracking and allergen control., • Prepares chemical solutions, verifying correct concentrations, temperatures, and cycle times in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety protocols., • Operates forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and store various raw materials safely., • Performs daily cycle counts, reconciling physical ingredients., • Maintains strict inventory rotation disciplines (such as FIFO—First In, First Out) to prevent ingredient spoilage or expired materials., • Oversee the inventory of chemical supplies, buffers, and consumables needed for daily CIP/COP routines., • Adhere to strict clean-room protocols by sanitizing equipment, tanks, and filling lines before and after production cycles., • Operates and monitors automated CIP systems to clean tanks, valves, and piping without disassembling the main processing equipment., • Manages COP procedures for detached parts, fittings, and utensils. Qualifications • 1 or more years in food, beverage, or liquid manufacturing as a batcher, blender, or sanitation operator, • Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or bottling plant setting is preferred., • Experience with strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and OSHA safety protocols., • Familiarity with Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) for CIP controls and performing chemical titrations., • Ability to move/lift 50 lbs various time over a 12 hour shift, • Able to work in a high-speed production environment wearing required PPE gear throughout shift, • High school diploma, GED, relevant associate's degree, certifications or equivalent experience a plus, • Strong communication skills both face to face and over the radio, • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience, • Must be able to work holidays and weekends as we are a 24/7 business operating through most weekends and holidays Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service.
