Responsibilities: • Get to know the residents of Brightview so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled., • Lead and participate in small and large group activities as well as occasionally engaging in one to one programs., • Redirect residents by providing companionship and by engaging them in meaningful activities., • Communicate updates about their loved one’s day by sharing what we like to call "Bright moments.", • Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events., • Help set up and break down events and activities., • Will coordinate with Activities Director and Memory Care Director regarding program planning and budgets., • Participate in care plan meetings with Health & Wellness team and families., • Facilitate resident transition from Elevations program into Memory Care as appropriate. Salary range: USD $21.75 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
