Job Description Administrative Assistant The Office Assistant is responsible for supporting the needs of the organization as required. Responsibilities: · Provide high level support to Manager · General office duties as requested (i.e. spreadsheets, filing, reports, etc.). · Answer and direct incoming calls and emails. · Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. · Manage and maintain schedules, arrange appointments, meetings and travel arrangements. · Manage and maintain calendar. · Other assignments may be assigned as needed. Requirements: · 2+ years office work is preferred. Bilingual Spanish required · Familiarity in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). · Excellent organizational and time management capabilities. · High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. · Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. · Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. · Excellent Communication skills (written and oral). · Ability to multi-task. · Excellent follow-through skills to keep stakeholders informed. · HS Diploma required.
