The Regional Finance Director will partner with Finance and Operation leadership to guide and supervise the strategic financial direction of the operating region within the Collegiate Hospitality line of business. Primarily responsible for financial planning, annual forecasts, monthly and quarterly projections, and historical financial analysis of operation results and internal benchmarks and metrics. Department/Unit: Integrated Delivery Systems Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $133,724.95 - $213,959.93 This position is required to be in person and in office. The candidate will be required to attend and host in person meetings. The Director is responsible for overseeing as well as implementing, developing, maintaining, and benchmarking contractual relationships with payers/health plans in the AMHS market. Department/Unit: Development Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $60,367.47 - $90,551.20 The Coordinator of Children’s Miracle Network Programs and Signature Events is responsible for establishing goals and objectives to further the mission of the Bernard & Millie Duker Children’s Hospital and Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Hospitals. The Coordinator will be working closely with the Director, Signature Events, the Coordinator will develop budgets, strategies and tactics to fulfill these goals. Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with national and local partners from front line staff to executives, and guide these partnerships to the program growth goals. The Coordinator will engage constituents and volunteers in the mission to maximize the local execution of CMN Hospitals’ fundraising programs, events, and corporate partnerships. The Coordinator will also manage the Community Events program, assisting independent community groups with fundraising events that support the Bernard & Millie Duker Children’s Hospital. General Duties and Responsibilities * Notify Executive Committee of monthly meeting dates, time, location, and include important documentation for the meeting one (1) week ahead of the scheduled meeting. * Notify all Member Soccer Clubs, CDYSL representatives and Club Presidents of scheduled CDYSL general board meeting date, time, location and include important documentation for the meeting one (1) week ahead of the scheduled meeting. * Notify all Member Soccer Club's representatives and Club Presidents of annual AGM $\pm$ to fourteen days ahead of the day as per By-laws. * Respond to all emails and phone calls within 24-48 hours. * Ensure that staff understands and adheres to league policies and procedures. * Ensure CDYSL's physical spaces are safe and inclusive. * As a member of the senior leadership team, contribute to a positive team culture with staff, club members, and club members. * Work alongside and support the Executive Director and President with annual reports, day to day logistics, operation functions and office staff compliance. * Ensure all League operations align with policies, safety guidelines, and state/national soccer organization regulations. * Attend and administrative meetings and workshops when required and submit reports to Executive Director and President with necessary information. League Duties and Responsibilities * Create and manage the league's schedule, tournaments, League events including game dates, times, and locations, as well as cancellations and reschedules. If another office staff member is assigned to the above tasks, the League Operational Director monitors the progress of the task, so that it is completed on time. * Create and manage seasonal programs in a timely manner.
