The Role We are seeking an Associate Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership within our expanding assessment team. This role is ideal for an experienced Licensed Testing Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) in Massachusetts who is passionate about psychological testing and ready to take on a leadership position. In this senior role, you will report directly to our Clinical Director and Managing Partner, collaborating closely with them to guide our clinical services. You will play a key part in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring that our evaluation services maintain the highest standards of quality and compassion. This is a full-time position with flexible hours and the option for remote or hybrid work. Duties & Responsibilities • Provide Clinical Leadership: Oversee and coordinate our psychological testing programs, ensuring evidence-based practices and high-quality patient care., • Quality & Protocol Development: Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and implement clinical assessment protocols and guidelines, driving continuous quality improvement., • Supervision & Mentorship: Supervise and mentor psychologists and psychometrists, providing guidance on complex cases and supporting professional development., • Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational, ADHD, neurodevelopmental, and diagnostic clarification assessments for children, adolescents, and adults., • Feedback & Reporting: Deliver clear, compassionate feedback sessions with actionable recommendations. Write thorough reports integrating test data, history, and collateral information., • Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership in expanding services, implementing new programs, and supporting recruitment and onboarding of clinical staff., • Autonomy in Practice: Choose between remote, hybrid, or in-person work across our offices in North Reading, Kingston, and Plymouth, MA., • Supportive Team Environment: Work with psychometrists and administrative staff who handle scheduling, logistics, and documentation, freeing you to focus on clinical leadership and client care. Requirements • Doctoral Degree: PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program., • Licensure: Active Massachusetts Psychologist license (or license eligibility in MA)., • Experience: At least 3 years post-licensure, with demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment and supervision of children, adolescents, and adults., • Leadership Skills: Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred., • Clinical Skills: Strong background in test administration, scoring, interpretation, and clinical report writing., • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain results in clear, compassionate terms. Comfortable knowledge of working with EHRs and in-network medical documentation, • Collaboration: Enthusiasm for teamwork and a clinician-centered, mission-driven approach.
