The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload involving various aspects of litigation, including business litigation and civil disputes. This role aims to provide high-quality legal representation to our clients while supporting the growth and success of your career and our firm. Key Responsibilities • Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts., • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents., • Participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary., • Represent clients in court and at trials, presenting evidence and arguments effectively., • Advise clients on legal rights and obligations throughout the litigation process., • Assist in the development and implementation of case strategies., • Manage case files and ensure timely compliance with court deadlines., • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school., • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction., • 1+ years of experience in litigation, with a focus on business and civil litigation., • Strong knowledge of legal principles, practices, and procedures related to litigation., • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills., • Experience with hearings, depositions, and mediations is highly desirable., • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively under pressure. 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off • For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
