As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and ensuring they leave satisfied and eager to return. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages in accordance with Starbucks standards, • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including equipment and workstations, • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers, • Upsell products and promote new offerings to enhance the customer experience, • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during shifts Skills and Qualifications: • Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is preferred, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, • Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations, • Passion for coffee, beverages, and creating positive customer interactions, • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed At Starbucks, we foster a culture of inclusivity, growth, and community.
