In this role—you’ll be at the center of coordination for attorneys, clients, and international partners. From managing complex calendars and creating polished legal documents to navigating time zones and supporting high-stakes engagements, you’ll be a key contributor to a practice that spans continents and industries. You’ll work closely with the Chair, Co-Chair, and a team of attorneys, helping them stay focused, prepared, and responsive in a fast-paced, client-first environment. This is a role for someone who takes initiative, enjoys variety, and finds satisfaction in being indispensable. What sets this role apart: • Global scope: Work with international clients and legal professionals in a cross-border context., • Innovation mindset: Use cutting-edge technology—including AI-powered legal tools—to streamline workflows and increase impact., • High visibility: Play a pivotal role in supporting leaders and shaping the client experience., • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and outside parties—via phone, email, and in person—with warmth, discretion, and professionalism., • Coordinate meetings across time zones, manage conference room logistics, and prepare relevant materials., • Create, edit, and format legal and business documents (engagement letters, memos, presentations, closing binders)., • Arrange domestic and international travel—from flights and hotels to local transportation and detailed itineraries., • Manage attorney time entries, monthly billing, and expense submissions—ensuring accuracy and meeting key deadlines., • Prepare expense reports and credit card reconciliations in a timely and detail-oriented manner., • Support internal projects, marketing efforts, and business development initiatives as needed., • 3+ years of experience in a legal, executive assistant, or professional services support role., • Bachelor’s degree preferred., • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and legal platforms such as iManage., • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and proofreading skills., • Strong judgment and discretion in managing confidential information., • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively., • A flexible, client-service mindset and a polished, professional demeanor., • Comfort with (and curiosity about) learning new tools—including AI-based legal technologies., • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is a plus. Compensation & benefits: The good faith base annual salary range for this position is a minimum of $55,000 to a maximum of $110,000. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, applicable education/certification(s), office location, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.
