Job Description We are conducting a search for a Fund Formation Case Assistant with experience supporting emerging company and venture fund matters. The role requires billing a minimum of 1,600 hours annually. The ideal candidate will provide paralegal support to attorneys and paralegals and perform administrative duties as assigned.
