Job Description Flexible schedule and hybrid options available! This position will be about 10-15 hours/wk. This is a contract/1099 role. The pay is $100 for 60 min visits and $50 for admin time. At be Collaborative Care, our promise is to help support each individual with compassionate care and evidenced-based eating disorder treatment to guide them on their journey. Our comprehensive team provides support and programming to create a treatment plan that optimally suits each client in their eating recovery, with options that include nutritional therapy, CBT, DBT, and more. The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will provide advanced nursing care for patients with psychiatric disorders from the age of 13 through the lifespan in our Outpatient setting. Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Conduct initial and ongoing psychiatric and physical status based on the presenting symptoms and complaints, establish patient diagnoses, and manage medications for ages 13 through the lifespan in an Outpatient setting, • Document patients’ medical and psychological histories, physical assessment results, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and outcomes, • Educate patients and family members about mental health and medical conditions, preventive health measures, medications, and treatment plans, • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members including psychiatrists, psychologists, dietitians and therapists to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans, • Masters of Science in Nursing, with a Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis, from an accredited college or university (required), • Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) by the Rhode Island Board of Nursing (required), • Experience working with adolescents and families (required), • Three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience, • Experience working in higher level of care/hospital setting (preferred), • Experience working with eating disorder populations (preferred), • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, • Complies with contractual obligations, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, • Provides services in a manner consistent with professional standards, • When subcontracting, provide the Agency with qualified service, • Provides Company employees and management with information necessary to provide quality care, • Projects a positive and caring attitude in provision of services, • Adheres to confidentiality requirements regarding client and Company information, • Cooperates and coordinates with Company personnel in providing services, • Provides completed paperwork as required by the applicable contract within a defined time frame, • Provides services to clients in a timely manner based on established schedule, • Consistently operates within the requirements of the Master Services agreement, • Complies with universal precautions/OSHA blood borne standards and health care requirements, • Complies with standards for maintaining any professional licenses, including ongoing education., • Complies with safety policies and demonstrates proper procedure, • Professional understands the individualized needs of clients, • Customer/Patient satisfaction is measured and reflects positive response to services
