Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The BCBA - Clinical Program Manager provides strategic and clinical leadership for behavior analytic services. This includes direct patient care, oversight of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBAs), and compliance with Behavioral Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field required., • Doctoral degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or related field preferred. EXPERIENCE: • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing BCBA, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role., • Demonstrated experience in clinical program development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and staff supervision., • Experience working with diverse populations and across multiple service settings., • Experience working with pediatric, adolescent, or neurodevelopmental populations is preferred.
